2020 National Adult Literacy Awareness Campaign Evaluation – phase 5

This report is a summary and an evaluation of phase five of the National Adult Literacy and Numeracy Awareness Campaign which happened in Autumn 2020. The report should be read in conjunction with the summary and evaluation of the National Adult Literacy and Numeracy Awareness Campaign phase one (September 20161), phase two (September 20172), phase three (September 20183) and phase four (September 20194).

The National Adult Literacy and Numeracy Awareness Campaign was funded by SOLAS, the Further Education and Training Authority of Ireland, and it was managed by the National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA).

Adult Literacy is co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund (ESF) as part of the ESF Programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020.

The research in this report was completed by Coyne Research, an independent market research agency.
