What is this webinar about?
This webinar will outline what the flipped numeracy classroom is. It will look at implementing the methodology and how to apply the flipped classroom to your numeracy classes. There will be a 20 minute presentation on this subject, followed by 10 minutes of questions and answers.
Who is the facilitator?
Niall O’Connor is the Deputy Principal and teacher of maths and science at Ardgillan College in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. He has been flipping his classroom for a number of years through his own YouTube channels and website.
How do I take part?
To register for this webinar, please email Fergus Dolan fdolan@nala.ie by 12pm before Wednesday 21 February. In your email please tell Fergus which adult education centre you work with. Fergus will send you a link for the webinar a couple of days before the event. You’ll need a computer or laptop, plus speakers (or headphones if you are in a shared office) and an internet connection.
